enough time and our party will send technicians to their bases

A certain joint venture
will be set up. In this way, the registered capital needs to be more
than RMB500, 000 Yuan. Party A (your company) becomes a shareholder by
investing cashes and accounts for a certain proportion of shares of the
new joint venture. Party B (Beijing Kelong Industrial Co. Ltd) becomes a
shareholder by investing technology (technique of efficient & rapid
non-tube plant clone--TERNPC) and accounts for the rest proportion of
shares of the new joint venture. And the cooperative period should be
equal or greater than ten years and the scale of production shall reach
over one or ten million plants each year, and the profits will be
distributed according to share proportion of each party. This method
does not restrict plant varieties and can be implemented to closely bind
responsibilities and interests together of both parties.
3. Entrustment
According to market,
your company proposes the varieties to be rapidly propagated with TERNPC
and entrusts propagation tasks to our company. Then the Parties need to
sign an entrustment contract including specification and price of the
variety etc, and the production scale is no less than 1 million. After
the contract is signed, It's necessary for your company needs to invest
cashes needed for the cooperative project as specified in the contract
and for our company to organize technical staff and skilled workers to
finish the entrusted task of seedling propagation on schedule. This
method is very quick; we can begin to produce the seedlings on your
production base 7-10 days after the contract is signed. The
responsibility of both sides is very clear and the entrusted price of
the seedling is much lower than the price in the market.
4. Technical Services
This way is mainly suitable for the company of a small amount of fund,
a single variety and a small production scale with an annual production
capacity of 500, 000 nursery stock or so. We shall provide necessary
technology (TERNPC) services for the customers at a lower price, and
it¡¯s necessary for both parties to sign a service agreement before the
project starts through friend negotiations.
After signing the contract, it is free to train technical staff for your company. We can supply and sell the auxiliary products
(Kelong make-up liquids) directly for a long time as you need. The customers produce the nursery stock themselves by TERNPC. When you meet
difficulties, we'll send the technician to help you solve them.
